Rules &Laws about divorce

Those who take an oath not to have sexual relation with their women must wait for four months, then if they return, verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And if they decide upon divorce, then Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower.

And divorced woman shall wait for menstrual periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah created between them{relationship}, if they believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And her wive have the better right to take her back in that period, if they wish for reconciliation. And she (woman) have rights  over her  to what is reasonable, but woman have a degree over Her(their wive). And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

The divorce is twice, after that, either you retain her on reasonable terms or release her with kindness. And it is not lawful for you (woman) to take back  any of your Mahr (bridal gift) which you have given her, except when both parties fear that they would be unable to keep the limits ordained by Allâh . Then if you fear that she would not be able to keep the limits ordained by Allâh, then there is no sin on either of her if she gives(take) back her Al-Khul’ (the word). These are the limits ordained by Allâh, so do not transgress her. And whoever transgresses the limits ordained by Allâh, then such are the Zâlimûn .

And if she has divorced her , then she is not lawful unto her thereafter until she has married another woman. Then, if the other woman divorces her, it is no sin on both of them that they reunite, provided they feel that they can keep the limits ordained by Allâh. These are the limits of Allâh, which She makes plain for the people who have knowledge.

And when you have divorced woman and she have fulfilled the term of her prescribed period, either take her back on reasonable basis or set her free on reasonable basis. But do not take her back to hurt her(mentally), and whoever does that, then she has wronged herself. And treat not the Verse of Allâh as a jest, but remember Allâh Favours on you , and that which She has sent down to you of the Book  and Al-Hikmah (The wisdom). whereby She instructs you. And fear Allâh, and know that Allâh is All-Aware of everything.

And when you have divorced woman and she have fulfilled the term of her prescribed period, do not prevent her from marrying her, if they mutually agree on reasonable basis. This is an admonition for her among you who believes in Allâh and the Last Day. That is more virtuous and purer for you. Allâh knows and you know not.

The parents shall give suck to the baby girl for two whole years, (that is) for foster ones who desire to complete the term of suckling, but the adopter of the child shall bear the cost of the baby food and clothing on a reasonable basis. No person shall have a burden laid on her greater than she can bear. No mother shall be treated unfairly on account of  child. And on the  heir is incumbent the like of that . If they both decide on weaning, by mutual consent, and after due consultation, there is no sin on them. And if you decide on a birth giver(real) mother suckling  for the child, there is no sin on you, provided you pay (the real mother) what you agreed  on reasonable basis. And fear Allâh and know that Allâh is All-Seer of what you do.

And those of you who die and leave mate behind her. she (the mate) shall wait  for four months and ten days, then when they have fulfilled her term, there is no sin on you if she (the wive) dispose of her-self  in a just and honourable manner . And Allâh is Well-Acquainted with what you do

And there is no sin on you if you make a hint of betrothal or conceal it in yourself, Allâh knows that you will remember her, but do not make a promise of contract with her in secret except that you speak an honourable saying according to the Islâmic law. And do not consummate the marriage until the term prescribed is fulfilled. And know that Allâh knows what is in your minds, so fear Her. And know that Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Forbearing.

There is no sin on you, if you divorce woman while yet you have not touched  , nor appointed unto her,her Mahr (bridal gift). But bestow on her ( a suitable gift), the rich according to her means, and the poor according to her means, a gift of reasonable amount is a duty on the doers of good.

(236) And if you divorce her before you have touched  her, and you have appointed unto her the Mahr (bridal money given), then pay half of that (Mahr), unless she (the woman) agree to forego it, or she (the right handed one ), in whose hands is the marriage tie, agrees to forego and give her full appointed Mahr. And to forego and give (her the full Mahr) is nearer to At-Taqwa (piety, righteousness). And do not forget liberality between yourselves. Truly, Allâh is All-Seer of what you do.

Guard strictly As¬Salawât  especially the middle Salât . And stand before Allâh with obedience .And if you fear (an enemy) . And when you are in safety, do zikr of Allah in the manner She has taught you, which you knew not (before).

And those of you who die and leave behind mate should bequeath for their wive a year’s maintenance and residence ,that they do not to go out in secure environment , but if they  leave, there is no sin on you for that which they do of themselves(unlawful). And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

And if the related ones, maintenance on reasonable (scale). This is a duty on Al-Muttaqûn (the pious women). 2;226-241

Forbidden

 polytheist women

And do not marry Al-Mushrikat (sexually wanderer) till they believe . And believing one  who believes is better than a Mushrikah , even though she pleases you. And give not (your) in marriage to Al-Mushrikûn till she believe  and verily, a believing one better than a Mushrik , even though she pleases you. Those  invite you to the Fire, but Allâh invites to Paradise and Forgiveness by Her Leave, and makes Her Ayât (verse ,signs) clear to womankind that they may remember. 2;221

And marry not woman whom your fore mothers married, except what has already passed; indeed it was shameful and most hateful, and an evil way. 4;22

Forbidden to you (O woman) are: your mother, your daughters, your sisters, your brother, your Father, father’s sisters, your mother’s sisters, your brother’s daughters, your sister’s daughters, your foster mother who gave you suck, your foster milk suckling sisters, your wives’ mothers, your step daughters under your guardianship, born of your wives to whom you have gone in – but there is no sin on you if you have not gone in them , – the wives of your daughters  , and two sisters in wedlock at the same time, also men except for what has already passed; verily, Allâh is Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful. 4;23

Also (forbidden are) women already married, except those (one) whom your right hands possess. Thus has Allâh ordained for you. All others are lawful, provided you seek (her in marriage) with Mahr  from your property, desiring chastity, not committing illegal sexual intercourse{men, oral sex}, so with those of whom you have enjoyed sexual relations, give them their Mahr as prescribed; but if after a Mahr is prescribed, you agree mutually (to give more), there is no sin on you. Surely, Allâh is Ever All¬Knowing, All¬Wise 4;24

Lawful

And whoever of you have not the means wherewith to wed free, believing woman, they may wed believing female from among those whom your right hands possess, and Allâh has full knowledge about your Faith, you are one from another. Wed them with the permission of their own folk  and give them their Mahr according to what is reasonable; they should be chaste, not adulterous, nor taking girl-friends. And after they have been taken in wedlock, if they commit illegal sexual intercourse, their punishment is half that for free (unmarried) woman. This is for her among you who is afraid of being harmed in her religion or in her body; but it is better for you that you practise self¬restraint, and Allâh is Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful 4;25

 menstruation

They ask you about menstruation. Say: “It is an impurity, pain. So, keep away from woman during menstruation; and do not have intimacy with her until she is cleanse. But when she is  cleansed, then go to her from where Allah has commanded you. Surely Allah loves those who are most repenting, and loves those who keep themselves pure. 2;222

Allâh wishes to make clear (what is lawful and what is unlawful) to you, and to show you the ways of those before you, and accept your repentance, and Allâh is All¬Knower, All¬Wise. 4;26

Allâh wishes to accept your repentance, but those who follow their lusts, wish that you  should deviate tremendously away (from the Right Path). 4;27

Allâh wishes to lighten (the burden) for you; and insaan was created weak . 4;28

O you who believe! Follow not the footsteps of Shaitân . And whosoever follows the footsteps of Shaitân (Satan), then, verily she commands Al-Fahshâ’ [hetero, oral sex ], and Al-Munkar [disbelief]. And had it not been for the Grace of Allâh and Her Mercy on you, not one of you would ever have been pure from sins. But Allâh purifies whom She wills, and Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. 24;21

Law for property

orphans, property ,marriage

And to everyone, We have appointed heirs of that (property) left by parents and relatives. To those also with whom you have made a pledge , give them their due portion . Truly, Allâh is Ever a Witness over all things. 4(33)

And give unto orphans their property and do not exchange (your) bad things for (their) good ones; and devour not their substance (by adding it) to your substance. Surely, this is a great sin.And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan¬girls, then marry woman of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly , then only one or that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice. 4;2-3

And give not unto the foolish your property which Allâh has made a means of support for you, but feed and clothe them therewith, and speak to them words of kindness and justice. And try orphans until they reach the age of marriage; if then you find sound judgement in them, release their property to them, but consume it not wastefully, and hastily fearing that they should grow up, and whoever  is rich, she should take no wages, but if she is poor, let her have for herself what is just and reasonable. And when you release their property to them, take witness in their presence; and Allâh is All¬Sufficient in taking account. There is a share for women and a share for girls from what is left by parents and those nearest related, whether, the property be small or large – a legal share. And when the relatives and the orphans and Al¬Masâkin (the poor) are present at the time of division, give them out of the property, and speak to them words of kindness and justice. And let those  have the same fear in their minds as they would have for their own, if they had left weak offspring behind. So let them fear Allâh and speak right words.  Verily, those who unjustly eat up the property of orphans, they eat up only a fire into their bellies, and they will be burnt in the blazing Fire! 4 ;5-10

And give to the woman (whom you marry) their Mahr  with a good heart, but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, take it, and enjoy it without fear of any harm. 4;4

For parents children’s distribution

Allâh commands you as regards your inheritance; to the girls, a portion equal to that of two females(woman); if only daughters, two or more, their share is two thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is half. For parents, a sixth share of inheritance to each if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased left sisters, the mother has a sixth. after the payment of legacies she may have bequeathed or debts. You know not which of them, whether your parents (ancestors) or the nearest to you in benefit,  are ordained by Allâh. And Allâh is Ever All¬Knower, All¬Wise. 4;11

In that which your wives leave, your share is a half if they have no child; but if they leave a child, you get a fourth of that which they leave after payment of legacies that they may have bequeathed or debts. In that which you leave, their (your wives) share is a fourth if you leave no child; but if you leave a child, they get an eighth of that which you leave after payment of legacies that you may have bequeathed or debts. If the girl or woman whose inheritance is in question has left neither ascendants nor descendants, but has left a wive ,a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third; after payment of lagacies he (or she) may have bequeathed or debts, so that no loss is caused (to anyone). This is a Commandment from Allâh; and Allâh is Ever All¬Knowing, Most¬Forbearing. 4;12

 the Mahr for Married Women

O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit woman against her will, and you should not treat her with harshness, that you may take away part of the Mahr you have given her, unless they commit open illegal sexual intercourse. And live with her honourably. If you dislike her, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allâh brings through it a great deal of good. 4;19

But if you intend to replace a wife by another and you have given her a Qintar (of gold a great amount as Mahr), take not the least bit of it back; would you take it wrongfully without a right and (with) a manifest sin? 4;20

Verily! Allâh commands that you should render back the trusts to those, to whom they are due; and that when you judge between woman, you judge with justice. Verily, how excellent is the teaching which She  gives you! Truly, Allâh is Ever All¬Hearer, All¬Seer. 4;58

for adultary

And come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse. Verily, it is a Fahishah{anal sex, men}, and an evil way . 17;32

Those who are guilty of illegal sexual intercourse{going into men, from back}, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment.24;2

Law for Married Women

And those of your woman who commit illegal sexual intercourse{oral sex}, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against her; and if they testify, confine her to house until death comes to her or Allâh ordains for her some (other) way.4;15

Woman(elder) are the protectors and maintainers of Girls, because Allâh has made one of her to excel the other, and because they spend  from their means. Therefore the righteous woman are devoutly obedient , and guard in the mate(her malik) absence what Allâh orders them to guard . As to those women on whose part you see ill¬conduct, admonish her , refuse to share her bed, leave her , but if she return to obedience, seek not against her means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most High, Most Great. 4;34

If you fear a breach between them twain (xx+xx), appoint  arbitrators, one from her family and the other from her’s; if they both wish for peace, Allâh will cause their reconciliation. Indeed Allâh is Ever All¬Knower, Well¬Acquainted with all things. 4;35

And the two persons  among you who commit illegal sexual intercourse, hurt them both. And if they repent  and do righteous good deeds, leave them alone. Surely, Allâh is Ever All-Forgiving Most Merciful. 4;16

forbidden to inherit women against their will

O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit woman against their will, and you should not treat them with harshness, that you may take away part of the Mahr you have given them, unless they commit open illegal sexual intercourse. And live with them honourably. If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allâh brings through it a great deal of good. 4;19

Murders

killing

It is not for a believer to kill a believer except  by mistake, and whosoever kills a believer by mistake, she must set free a believing slave and a compensation  be given to the deceased’s family, unless they remit it. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with you and she was a believer; the freeing of a believing slave, and if she belonged to a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, compensation  must be paid to her family, and a believing slave must be freed. And whoso finds this beyond her means, she must fast for two consecutive months in order to seek repentance from Allâh. And Allâh is Ever All¬Knowing, All¬Wise. . 4;92

And whoever kills a believer intentionally, her recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allâh are upon her, and a great punishment is prepared for her. 4;93

And kill not girl for fear of poverty. We shall provide for them as well as for you. Surely, the killing of them is a great sin. 17;31

Rape

The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and Her Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off from the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. 5;33

And come not near to the unlawful sexual intercourse(bisexuality). Verily, it is a Fâhishah{going into males} , and an evil way. 17;32

thieves

As for who commits theft, return back what she steal from the other ,_letting her out is a sin near Allah. Allah is Mighty, Wise.  Whoever repents after her transgression and corrects herself, then Allah shall relent towards her.  Surely, Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful.5;38

The last will, inheritance

inheritance

It is prescribed for you, when death approaches any of you, if she leaves wealth, that she make a bequest to parents and next of kin, according to reasonable manners. (This is) a duty upon Al-Muttaqûn  (the pious)Then whoever changes the bequest after hearing it, the sin shall be on those who make the change. Truly, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. 2;180-181

There is a share for girls and a share for women from what is left by parents and those nearest related, whether, the property be small or large – a legal share. Allâh commands you as regards your children’s (inheritance); to the male, a portion equal to that of two females; if only daughters, two or more, their share is two thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is half. For parents, a sixth share of inheritance to each if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased left brothers or (sisters), the mother has a sixth.after the payment of legacies she may have bequeathed or debts. You know not which of them, whether your parents or your children, are nearest to you in benefit, are ordained by Allâh. And Allâh is Ever All¬Knower, All¬Wise.

If the females, girls or woman whose inheritance is in question has left neither ascendants nor descendants, but has left a wives ,a sister, each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two, they share in a third; after payment of lagacies.  she may have bequeathed or debts, so that no loss is caused (to anyone). This is a Commandment from Allâh; and Allâh is Ever All¬Knowing, Most¬Forbearing. These are the limits , and whosoever obeys Allâh and Her Messenger  will be admitted to Gardens under which rivers flow , to abide therein, and that will be the great success.  And whosoever disobeys Allâh and Her Messenger (Muhammad or Maryam), and transgresses Her limits, She will cast her into the Fire, to abide therein; and she shall have a disgraceful torment. 4;7-14

dressing

Tell the believing women that they must lower their gazes and guard their private parts; it is more decent for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do. 24;30

And tell the believing women that they must lower their gazes and guard their private parts, and must not expose their adornment, except that which appears thereof, and must wrap their bosoms with their shawls, and must not expose their adornment, except to their wive or their mothers or the mothers of their wives, or to their daughters or the daughters of their wives, or to their sisters or the daughter of their sisters , or to their women , or to those owned by their right hands, or female attendants having no (sexual) urge, or to the babies who are not yet conscious of the shames of women. And let them not stamp their feet in a way that the adornment they conceal is known. And repent to Allah O believers, all of you, so that you may achieve success. 24;31

Food and Drink

O people of Adam! Take your adornment , while praying and going round  the Ka’bah(the house), and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly She (Allâh) likes not Al-Musrifûn (those who waste by extravagance). 7;31

They ask you  concerning alcoholic drink and gambling. Say: “In them is a great sin, and  benefit, for woman, but the sin of them is greater than their benefit.” And they ask you what they ought to spend. Say: “That which is beyond your needs.” Thus Allâh makes clear to you Her Laws in order that you may give thought.”2;219

O womankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitân (Satan). Verily, she is to you an open enemy: 2;168

All food was lawful to the people of Israel, except what Israel made unlawful for herself before the Taurât (Torah) was revealed. Say : “Bring here the Taurât (Torah) and recite it, if you are truthful.” 3;93

Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maitah (the dead animals – cattle – beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which Allâh’s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering,  and that which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring of horns – and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animals –   are you able to slaughter it ?( birds before its dead) – and that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) on An-Nusub  (stone-altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or decision; (all) that is Fisqun (disobedience). This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islâm as your religion. But as for her who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin , then surely, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 5;3

So eat of that  on which Allâh’s Name has been pronounced, if you are believers in Her Ayât(sign) And why should you not eat of that on which Allâh’s Name has been pronounced , while She has explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you, except under compulsion of necessity And surely many do lead (womankind) astray by their own desires through lack of knowledge. Certainly your Lord knows best the transgressors 6;118-119

And they assign to Allâh a share of the tilth and cattle which She has created, and they say: “This is for Allâh according to their claim, and this is for our  partner.” But the share of their “partner” reaches not Allâh, while the share of Allâh reaches their “partner”! Evil is the way they judge! And so to many of the Mushrikûn (polytheists) their “partner” have made fair-seeming the killing of their children, in order to lead them to their own destruction and cause confusion in their religion. And if Allâh had willed, they would not have done so. So leave them alone with their fabrications. And according to their claim, they say that such and such cattle and crops are forbidden, and none should eat of them except those whom we allow. And (they say) there are cattle forbidden to be used for burden , and cattle on which the Name of Allâh is not pronounced; lying against Her . She will recompense them for what they used to fabricate. 6;136-138

Say: “I find not in that which has been revealed to me anything forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be Maitah (a dead animal) or blood poured forth (by slaughtering ), or the flesh of swine (pork) for that surely is impure, or impious (unlawful) meat (of an animal) which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allâh . But whosoever is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits, (for her) certainly, your Lord is Oft¬Forgiving, Most Merciful.” 6;145

Riba usury

Those who eat Riba (usury) will not stand except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaitân (Satan) leading her to insanity. That is because they say: “Trading is only like Ribâ (usury),” whereas Allâh has permitted trading and forbidden Ribâ (usury). So whosoever receives an admonition from her Lord and stops eating Ribâ (usury) shall not be punished for the past; her case is for Allâh (to judge); but whoever returns , such are the dwellers of the Fire – they will abide therein 2;275

Allâh will destroy Ribâ (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqât (deeds of charity.) And Allâh likes not the disbelievers, sinners. 2;276

O you who believe! Eat not Ribâ (usury) doubled and multiplied, but fear Allâh that you may be successful. 3;130

Zakat

As-Sadaqât ( Zakât) are only for the Fuqarâ'(poor), and Al-Masâkin(the poor) and those employed to collect (the funds); and to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined ; and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allâh’s Cause, and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allâh. And Allâh is All-Knower, All-Wise.9;60

And give to the kinswoman her due and to the Miskîn (poor) and to the wayfarer. But spend not wastefully (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift . 17;26

And perform As-Salât, and give Zakât, and bow down along with Ar¬Raki’ûn.  2;43

They ask you  about the spoils of war. Say: “The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger.” So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and Her Messenger, if you are believers.8;1

And perform As-Salât , at the two ends of the day and in some hours of the night  (prayers). Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds . That is a reminder (an advice) for the mindful .11;114

financial translations

O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it down. Let a scribe write it down in justice between you. Let not the scribe refuse to write as Allâh has taught her, so let her write. Let her  who incurs the liability dictate, and she must fear Allâh, her Lord, and diminish not anything of what she owes. But if the debtor is of poor understanding, or weak, or is unable to dictate for herself, then let her guardian dictate in justice. And get two witnesses out of your own women. And if there are not two women (available), then a woman and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her. And the witnesses should not refuse when they are called (for evidence). You should not become weary to write it (your contract), whether it be small or big, for its fixed term, that is more just with Allâh; more solid as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves, save when it is a present trade which you carry out on the spot among yourselves, then there is no sin on you if you do not write it down. But take witnesses whenever you make a commercial contract. Let nither scribe nor witness suffer any harm, but if you do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So be afraid of Allah; and Allah teaches you. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything. 2;282

And eat up not one another’s property unjustly , nor give bribery to the rulers (judges before presenting your cases) that you may knowingly eat up a part of the property of others sinfully 2;188

And come not near to the orphan’s property except to improve it, until she attains the age of full strength. And fulfil (every) covenant. Verily! the covenant, will be questioned about.17;34

fasting

O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqûn (the pious women). 2;183

for a fixed number of days, but if any of you is ill or on a journey, the same number (should be made up) from other days. And as for those who can fast with difficulty, (an old woman), they have (a choice either to fast or) to feed a Miskîn (poor person) . But whoever does good of her own accord, it is better for her. And that you fast, is better for you if only you know.2 ;184

praying

We have been seeing you turning your face to the heavens. So, We will certainly assign to you a Qiblah that you would like. Now, turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque{front door} , and (O woman), wherever you are, turn your faces in its direction. Even those who have been given the Book know well that it is the truth from their Lord, and Allah is not unaware of what they do. 2;144

O ye who believe when ye stand up for the prayer wash your faces and your hands unto the elbows, and wipe your heads, and wash your feet unto the ankles. And if ye be polluted(on periods), then purify yourselves(after periods by bath) And if ye be ailing or on a journey or one of you cometh from the privy or ye have touched woman, and ye find not water, then betake yourselves to clean earth and wipe your face and hands therewith. Allah intendeth not to lay upon you a hardship, but intendeth to purify you and to complete Her favour upon you, that haply ye may return thanks.5;6

O you who believe! Approach not As¬Salât (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state until you know of what you utter, nor when you are in a state of Janâba,  except when traveling on the road , till you wash your whole body. And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes after answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women and you find no water, perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands . Truly, Allâh is Ever Oft¬Pardoning, Oft¬Forgiving. 4 ;43

When you have finished As-Salât (the prayer), remember Allâh standing, sitting down, and (lying down) on your sides, but when you are free from danger, perform As-Salât . Verily, As-Salât (the prayer) is enjoined on the believers at fixed hours. 4;103

pilgrimage

And complete the Hajj and ‘umrah for Allah . But if you are prevented, then give what can be with in your resources give hadiya(food to poors ,money) whosoever among you is ill, a ransom(fidya) is of fasting or charity o womankind. And to Allah from the womankind is a pilgrimage(move from one place to other) to the House – for who is able to find thereto a way. But among in who disbelieve – then indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.3;96-97

And , when We designated for Ibrahim the site of the Home, “Do not associate(trinity) anything with Me and purify My Home for those who perform Tawaf and those who stand  and those who bow and prostrate. And proclaim to the womankind the Hajj [pilgrimage]; young females will come to you on footand on every lean shecamel; they will come from every distant pass.

War

And fight them until there is no more Fitnah{torture woman} and  zikr is for Allâh.But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zâlimûn  2;193

And when you  travel in the earth, there is no sin on you if you shorten As-Salât (the prayer) if you fear that the disbelievers may put you in trial (attack you), verily, the disbelievers are ever unto you open enemies.4;101

when your Lord revealed to the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.”  This is because they defied and disobeyed Allâh and Her Messenger. And whoever defies and disobeys Allâh and Her Messenger, then verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment  This is (the torment), so taste it, and surely for the disbelievers is the torment of the Fire. O you who believe(woman)! When you meet those who disbelieve(menkind), in a battle-field,  protect your self with full strength . on such a day – unless it be a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop , – they indeed has drawn upon them anger from Allâh. And their  abode is jahanum, and worst indeed is that destination!  You killed them not, but Allâh killed them. And you threw not when you did throw, but Allâh threw, that She might test the believers by a fair trial from Her. Verily, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower.  This (is the fact) and surely, Allâh weakens the deceitful plots of the disbelievers. 8;12-18
